Greetings! Dell PWS 390, Windows XP Pro SP3. Two optical drives, both can read DVDs, one is a burner. Problem - I go to browse for a file and open "My Computer". More than likely, I will get an endless series of clunks because there is not a readable optical disk in one or both of the two op
