I've set up a new IIS 6 site on a Server 2003 machine, and permissions are
giving me a headache.

Static HTML files are no problem. But when running a perl script (ActivePerl
ISAPI), I get prompted to enter credentials.

It has been years since I last set up a web server with perl, and I'm sure I'm
overlooking something minor. I gave the IUSR accounts execute permissions on
the necessary DLL files in the perl directory, which I recalled having to do
from the last installation I did. But I'm obviously still missing something.

I ran procmon on the server while trying to run the perl script, but it didn't
show any failed attempts to access files.

Any suggestions for how I can figure out exactly what's going wrong here?
