users are prevented from installing printer drviers by default. To change this
on a single workstation, open the Local Security Policy snap-in (can be found in
the Administrative Toolsfolder within the Control Panel), expand Local Policies
and under it expand

I am still very new to W2K so please bear with me. Can anyone tell me why I can not install a network printer as a normal user? I have installed the NT compat security template, at least I think that I did that correctly.
