Microsoft Virtual server will run your VHD. Have you placed a call into Dell to see if you can run the Hyper-V? I know I have had to turn on the VT technology in the BIOS on every machine I have touched from Dell. Why they don't turn it on by default is beyond me but that is just me. I have als
