We already have a have a regular CI job that shows how to configure MSVC for 32-bit builds: https://github.com/numpy/numpy/blob/main/.github/workflows/windows.yml#L88. The only thing that doesn't do is pull in OpenBLAS, which is always fiddly. That's why I haven't gotten around to dealing with this yet. I'll have a look at updating the wheel builds so we have them for the final 1.26.0 release. > 2., Do we want to build wheels with the new accelerate? > No, we unfortunately can't do that. The `packaging` library, and hence `pip`, is unable to detect minor macOS versions, so we can't build wheels for macOS >=13.3 (the first version with the new Accelerate) that will install correctly.
