I tried a few minutes ago and got:
svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/numpy/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: REPORT of '/svn/numpy/!svn/vcc/default': Chunk delimiter was
invalid (http://svn.scipy.org)
and then just now the previous error:
svn: REPORT request
