I suppose you could bump debugging in the NUT driver (not sure how you'd do that with docker - maybe by tweaking the systemd unit ExecStart for it?) and get a printout of the bytes it receives on the wire. @nbriggs might help decipher those, possibly finding errors that would need workarounds...

Thanks Jim, I can not replace the batteries. I try with the official software and the voltage value is correct: https://i.ibb.co/Ns8st3f/voltage.png I am using a docker image, so I can not upgrade the NUT version. Is there any linux commands I could try to see if something is wrong with UPS?

Not sure... could it be a sensors or firmware issue with the UPS? Or a different tech of battery misinterpreted by the device? (e.g. when one replaced a lead-acid battery with LiIon hack). Out of interest, is it possible for you to swap those batteries in your two UPSes to see if the other one
