Hello Gene, I put up some pages on NUT configurations at
http://rogerprice.org/NUT/ConfigExamples.A5.pdf
I got it working with a post from Anssi on the debian lst, who
told me how to setup the missing rc.local, some additions to
/e/group, and how to do the chgrp to make nut and heyu both
work in the newly created rc.local.
So a/o right now, both are working.
They don't cover exactly your configuration, but they will give you a
starting point.
