I'm running fc5 with nut 2.0.3. I just recently acquired 2 Gamatronic
SmartCompact ups for my Linux boxes. As you can see from the info below,
everything looks ok. When I unplug the ups from the wall, after a while, the

Well it turns out that Gamatronic was unable or unwilling to provide me with
the information that was required to get the Richcomm usb interface running
with their D-Compact. They did, on the other hand exchange my ups with ones
that do work with nut without question.

Thanks for the advise. I may dig into this at a not to distant date.
Right now, I'm waiting for some more info from some other people.
There maybe some very good news regarding this ups in the not to
