Oct. 5,2011 Sam Jannazzo, Debbie Martin, Kathy Drake and I saw the Say's Phoebe at 4pm in the plowed field just west of the Parking lot at Caumsett State Park. The bird was about one foot off of the ground as it feed on insects stirred up by the plowing. Good Birding, Joe Giunta -- NYSbird
