Exciting news that warrants state-wide propagation. Sadly nowadays
Loggerhead Shrike is barely annual anywhere in New York State. Needless to
say it is a NYSARC review species and the Committee would greatly
appreciate documentation of the sighting in the form of descriptions and
photographs for th
June 13 2:15 - 3:30 PM An an adult, breeding plumage laughing gull on
Waverley Beach at the end of Helena Rd off Dominion Road. The bird presents
with a charcoal gray mantle, black legs showing a little red in good light,
black feet with some red, black primaries (no white but a little light
8:30-11:30am

Oven bird
Common yellow throat
