I've been watching the Hudson since around 9 AM from Jersey City and my observations have been basically the same as Jacob's. The only thing to add is I had 7 SURF SCOTERS flying north about 30 minutes ago fairly close to the Jersey side of the Hudson. It's not too bad out there now, but winds are
