Rich Kelly and I saw a Yellow-billed Cuckoo at the Kissena Park velodrome. He saw it twice, once a few minutes before I saw it in the north section of the velodrome. The last time was about three minutes after I saw it and it flew off towards the playground area east of the velodrome parking
