Bob Kurtz called and said he had one of the two previously reported Buff-breasted Sandpipers this morning at the west end of the ā€œJā€ pond. The bird was feeding in the tall Salt Marsh Fleabane (rose-colored flowers) that is growing abundantly in the dry ponds. Ken Feustel -- NYSbirds-L List
