Hi All- A discussion on FB mentioned that a RNGR was released by the Wild Bird Fund (WBF) into the Central Park Reservoir this week. In a communication I had with them last night, the WBF confirmed that, in fact, one was released by them to the Reservoir on Wednesday, which happened to be the
