A few minutes ago, they copulated.

was the last we saw of it. Before that, it had been in the usual location
along the path at 76 Ave and Cloverdale Blvd.

I take the A train across Jamaica Bay twice a day now on my way to an from
work. This past week, I noticed an influx of dozens of egrets, and have also
seen both species of Night Heron. I've also seen at least one Lesser
Black-Backed Gull and an Iceland Gull. These birds seem to congregate

Worth the trip, but dress warmly because the wind is brutal. If you observe
from Hulse Landing rather than 25a, the wind will be at your back.
