visible for about 10 minutes and then flew off to SE.

I had over 225 Nighthawks over my house in Miller Place in a 45 minute
period starting around 6 pm. What a sight. One group was more than 50

There is a Dickcissel at Chandler Estate in Mt Sinai. The bird is actually
to the left (west) of the Mt Sinai Congressional Church (opposite side of
cemetery) in a newly cleared area beyond the red barn / share garden.

sod farm. Birds were feeding on the grassy section that is parallel and
east of sycamore st.

Sinai, NY. I saw a Connecticut Warbler, Nelson's Sparrow, 3 - Swamp
Sparrows, Hermit Thrush, Ruby Crowned Kinglet, lots of Yellow Rumps and a
bunch more common birds.

We hit Cupsogue Beach for low tide birding this morning. We saw three
Marbled Godwits along with a Black Skimmer (and many other shore birds) out
on the flats. We then headed over to the East Side Inlet Jetty and saw 7
