There's currently one cattle Egret with some Canada's at the entrance to the
parking lot parallel to the toll booths at west end 2 now.i believe it's there

First spotted last evening by a photographer before flying off, the bird
returned today. As of ten minutes ago, it was foraging in long grasses
between the eastern slope of the grassland hill and the phragmites marsh,

numbers of them from Maine to at least NJ. Never heard of so many being seen

Cattle egret viewed and photographed today in Shirley Chisholm Park in
Brooklyn, on the eastern shore of the Fountain Ave. side of park, where
creek lets out into the bay.
I have never used this list before, hope I am doing this right. Will post

There was a nice breeding plumage cattle Egret on the grass about 6pm today by
the circle and then the grassy median island at orchard beach.it flushed when
it spotted me and landed about 80 ft away.then took off again when a pedestrian

We started at Twin Islands, eventually concluding in the Southern Zone of
the park. We did not observe any morning flight. We did have a good
diversity

Or probably the "Fort Tilden" Cattle Egret which was seen at Tilden yesterday.

Just obs what is prob Floyd Cattle egret on grass apron east of Riis golf
course near bath house on my morning bike ride.

At the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center in Yaphank, the previously
reported(on eBird) Cattle Egret is currently being seen along the north end of
the cattle field, near the LIE Service Road (between exit 66 and 67)

While trying to get in on a pretty much non existent migration flight at Fort
Tilden, I stumbled upon a Cattle Egret loafing on the soccer/rugby fields. This
one showed even less breeding plumes on its head than Rob Jett's Floyd Bennett
Field bird and looked more like John Young's bird from Van
