A quick afternoon trip back to the point yielded light phased rough legged hawk 
kiting over landfill.  
My first in Westchester in a while. Harrier count was at 4. Also 5 eastern blue 
bird and hermit thrush at upper parking lot pines.  Still larks and buntings by 
ball field
