Nine Redhead ducks were seen at FDR State Park, Yorktown Heights yesterday morning and, again, late afternoon, picked up during the Peekskill CBC. Five males and four females.
They were in with a group of 21 Ring-necked Ducks. Also present in the same area were 2 Pied-billed Grebe, 8 Bufflehead, and 4 Gadwall, as well as numbers of Canada Geese and Ring-billed Gulls.
