In 1 1/2 hours at Sunken Meadow State Park, I recorded 12 species of warblers, of which the most notable was a singing Hooded Warbler in a swale just north of the golf course parking lot, furthest from the field house. Other species included Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, Prairie, American Redstart, Common Yellowthroat, Wood Thrush, Red-eyed Vireo, and numerous Warbling Vireos.
