Hi Everyone, After trying unsuccessfully for the Baird's Sandpiper this evening, I stopped at the Coast Guard area - saw the continuing 2 Common Loons (non breeding) and female Greater Scaup as well as 4 Black Scoters. Good birding, Rob in Massapequa http://longislandbirding.blogspot.com/ --
