A Bostonian, Mr. Chayet did a syndicated radio segment called "Looking at the Law" interesting little vignettes. I think it was carried on CBS radio in NY. Now how does this involve birds? Well, one piece involved a large pot bust on the west coast where they hauled it on a barge out to sea to burn it off shore close to a colony of terns; tee-balling it up for Mr. Chayet to remark at the end of his piece there was "no tern left un-stoned".
Interesting character. Go Sox. L.
