An Orange-crowned Warbler today in the Oakland Lake field in Queens. 4th
warbler species there this November (Nashville, Blackpoll, Palm). But is
this really November? I guess the newly arrived Am. Tree Sparrow says it is.

 

In honor of the reddish teal at Montezuma, I've posted a picture of
individual that was in Florida in November 2011, which the locals were
calling a hybrid Cinnamon - Blue-winged. http://stevewalternature.com/  This
one is different looking. For those of you have pulled out your waterfowl
literature, you might have fun with this. And I want try seeing how Chris
Wood's comments apply to this one.
