Doug Futuyma and I seawatched from Cupsogue this morning from about 7:45-10.
Our watch was highlighted by an breeding-plumaged adult Pacific Loon, that
passed by westbound fairly close to shore. Seabird numbers were very low,
compared to recent days and the flights going on this morning well to
