The Baird's Sandpiper flew out minutes before I arrived at the pond in the dunes east of Field 2 at Jones Beach West End, and I did not see it in the subsequent hour. I did see one adult and four immature Stilt Sandpipers, as well as a White-rumped Sandpiper.
