August 29, 2011 - A friend just called to report that she found a "tern" on the side of Presbyterian Hill Road in Stephentown, NY. I asked for a picture and it turns out that it's a White-tailed Tropicbird. She's trying to find a wildlife rehabilitator to take it, but not having any luck right now. Does anyone have any suggestions for that area?
