It was a productive day in Section 1 of the Wilson-Lake Plains CBC in Niagara
County, which includes Wilson-Tuscarora State Park, and 3 hours of lakewatching
on Lake Ontario (thanks to Willie D'Anna and Dean DiTommaso for lakewatching
with me). A total of 49 species was observed (3211 individuals). Most notable
for this area was a single drake Northern Pintail and a Glaucous Gull. A
beautiful day to be out!
