1 Marbled Godwit feeding just before “Dead Man’s Cove” (DMC)at the Northend of the East Pond at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. There is not much room for it to feed comfortably so I will not push in to avoid disturbing it and other shorebirds. Plus, thunderstorms are rolling in so I may hightail it
Currently being seen just before the cross to spoil island, a Marbled Godwit.
Feeding and slightly blocked by grasses close to waters edge. Dead low
tide:10:45am.
