In the context of OAK-10252 the interface
`org.apache.jackrabbit.api.security.user.Query` was incorrectly converted from
implicit consumer type to provider type. In fact this interface is supposed to
be implemented by consumers (e.g. those leveraging
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.api.security.user.UserManager#findAuthorizables(...)}}
