since the {{UserImporter.Impersonators}} is built on a specific implementation
of the user management API it would be possible to use the path of the tree to
lookup the user upon post-processing of the impersonators. this would simplify
the resolution of the user upon {{ProtectedPropertyImporter.processReferences}}.
