I went ahead and assumed that your silence constituted acceptance of the
proposal to use RFC6749's Appendix B. on the "Use of
application/x-www-form-urlencoded Media Type" as a citation for the media
type. So I added that bit and also fixed the other nits you identified in
-17 https://tools.

It took more time than expected but the early registry allocations have
been approved and completed. They can all be found (qualified as
