I think 18>20 breaks Python in some way.Make sure poller-wrapper.py can run. [Observium] OS upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 broke observium

Not quite the same as below but it seems like poller is not running. I've backed up all relevant date and did a do-release-upgrade to upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 How should I go about debugging this issue? Is there a systematic method I can use? What I have done so far DB and apache2
