I was entering Wesley (from Bishop Rd) last night at or about 9.30
p.m. when I saw a medium-height (I'm 1.65M and he wld have been a #
little # taller), black chap with ruck-sack, scaling a high
palisade gate from inside a property and dropping down into Wesley
Rd. I asked him what he was do
