[obsnw] Drug addicts in Woodstock

Dear All, In the last week or so, sixteen suspects have been arrested in Woodstock for drug related crimes, eight for heroin and eight for dagga. The eight who were arrested for possession of dagga (quite a large amount) were caught in possession and in the act of cleaning the dope and smoking it.
