I heard today from the owner of a residence in Irwell St that a house
that she owns had been broken into a few days back and that a person
who had been staying there had awoken to find a medium-height, black
chap standing next to her (I believe she wasn't physically
injured).

The theft out of this car occurred between 7 and 9 pm. The owners
were visitors from Camps Bay who were visiting friends in Irwell Rd.
They had left a lot of stuff in the car.
