Hello Melanie As far as I'm aware, a licence isn't necessary for a pellet gun. Also, they don't make much noise (at all) when fired - not like a revolver I'd think pellets wld be available from any gun outlet. Sigh Is the kitty owner, aware of any particular garden that Kitty might visi
