A car has been parked in the same spot opposite my house in Bowden Road for the
past week. Does anyone know whether I can "report" this to anyone - if it's
been abandoned, can we get it towed away?

You can phone Charlie Delta 1 which is the Vetus Schola Control Office @ 021
447-1066
They will also check with police on licence plate etc. As far as I know
traffic police will mark tires to see weather car gets moved over a period
before it may get towed away.
