Passing by a non local parked vehicle in Nelson Road on Thursday evening 19 July around 21.30 while on an ONW foot patrol, I noticed some of the usual items lay in the parked vehicle, typical items which owners leave in their vehicles while they have a good time for an hour or three in one of our l
