my neighbour had the battery stolen out of her bakkie last night, in
scott rd. it's the fourth time this has happened, and has cost them
thousands. she reported it to the police but there's no case number as
it'll not be looked for.

Jana, I feel your pain re drunken revelers and the doof-doof-doof, I live
right behind the busiest part of Lower Main's club strip.
It can be argued subjectively whether any noise is a disturbance and
frankly it means nothing to me that some others find calls-to-prayer
soothing.

all hours of the night you get drunk people pitching up in dozens and they are
SCREAMING and causing a huge racket. music BLARING from their base speakers
