[obsnw] puppy

I have been asked to post this by Kathleen Hendricks (works at Coats for Africa - next to the library). She has "rescued" a puppy from some "dubious" characters - possibly a Doberman Pinscher. A small male who appears to be 90% house-trained. Much as she would love to keep him, she is unable to.
