My 5 cents It must be clearly disclosed whether the alarm system will be owned or leased by the property owner. I.e. will it stay or be removed once the contract with Chubb comes to an end. Is this group a permitted sales channel? Regard

Personally I do not think the advertising post should have been allowed. Advertisers should pay for advertising their services and not use free channels like community notice boards. Its cheap and tacky IMHO - the only reason for Tamzin's post was to commercially benefit her and her company -
