I'm intrigued by the cell phone part of this story. I never seen a ATM
ask for a cell phone number??
Was the ATM tampered with or was the guy just skimming the card and
trying to get her PIN code?

While cycling to work this morning in garfield road, claremont, I was
almost knocked of my bike by a whtie BMW with a blue writing license
plate (north west?), speeding in between the streets .
There where three young black guys in it, looking very 'alert'

Vetus Schola is NOT a replacement for ADT/CBAR, they have no authority
to inspect your property.
As I understand it, they behave in exact opposite way as ADT/CBAR, ADT
will make sure that you are ok and let the criminal get away while
