yes but Jonathan's point is that 'that anger and frustration' be articulated in
a clear and objective way. The letter looses all credibility by engaging in
oblique suppositions and perhaps even harms our case.
I understand he's angry, but its dismissed by anyone in authority as the

Times today sent in by Teun Baartman our Woodstock Community Police Forum
Chairperson. I believe he has strong support in his views from the Obs
Community. Do residents agree with me and would anyone care to comment?
