Paddy is working with the Metro Police to address this issue, but asked
that we not publicise it, as the in the past such information about planned
police operations has leaked out and reduced the impact. Hence my
deliberate vagueness ...

I'm not sure about that, perhaps Paddy can assist?
We have had Traffic Officials in Rochester and Arnold Streets targeting the
taxis at rush hour recently. However, the taxis seem to know very quickly
where the cops are and simply reroute around them. I guess they also have
their whatsapp groups

There is however one outstanding query which relates to point 4 - Paddy’s plan
