[obsnw] Obsid in mowbray?

Hi, Does anyone know if obsid would respond to a call coming from little Mowbray (just across the highway bridge, on Strubens road)? We used to live in obs, now are in little Mowbray, but often see their patrol cars outside our house. Thank you -- OPS [Obsid Public Safety] - 24/7 control room
