I have always found the traffic department most accommodating when appealing against parking tickets. Some years back the Metro cops got over enthusiastic at 3am on a Sunday and ticketed *every* vehicle in Arnold St for parking with wheels on the pavement, facing the wrong direction, etc. I submit
