There are so many thousands upon thousands of these 'nano-dots' sprayed onto
a vehicle that it greatly facilitates finding -
(a) that a vehicle / or part of a vehicle is stolen property;
(b) the owner of the vehic
How do the thieves know that it's been data-dotted? (It seems that
they do, but I can't figure it.)
