clients/deliveries at our studio entrance and not effective at picking up
detail.

The reason I posted the article and images was hoping we can find out what

As much as it may feel like this guy is "dumping" a cat there are other
possible explanations.
Perhaps that cat is a stray/feral and the guy caught it had it
neutred/spayed and now is releasing it back - thats a plausible explanation.
