THIS CHAP IS OUT ON PAROLE FOR SUNDRY CAR BREAK-INS (as confirmed
by the SAPS).
He allegedly has a drug habit that he is compelled to feed.
Note: He is a very "casual" operator who will probably change his
hair style after being photographedso take another careful look at
